Personal entertainment use

Candle Survivor is provided for personal entertainment. You may access and play the available browser release for your own non-commercial use, subject to these terms and applicable law. The game, site design, text, code, names, and other materials remain the property of their respective owner or licensors.

Fair and acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security or access controls, overload the hosting infrastructure, distribute malicious code, or use automation in a way that disrupts normal play or availability. Do not misrepresent the service, impersonate its operator, or use the site in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable law.

Reasonable browser features and personal accessibility tools are welcome. The restriction concerns abuse that damages, probes, manipulates, or materially disrupts the game or service for the operator or other visitors.

Local progress and browser data

Best records, meta progression, unlocks, selected options, and language preference are saved through local browser storage. This is not a cloud account or remote backup. If you clear site data, use private browsing, block storage, switch browser profiles, or move to another device, your local progress may be lost. The operator is not responsible for restoring browser data that has been deleted or made unavailable.

Changes to balance and content

Candle Survivor may be updated over time. Weapons, enemies, market phases, rewards, progression costs, balance values, interfaces, availability, and other content may be added, removed, or changed. An update may affect strategies or local progression behavior. The operator may also suspend or discontinue the service when reasonably necessary.

No payments in this release

This release has no purchase flow, payment feature, subscription, or paid virtual item. Access to the playable browser game is free. If paid products or services are introduced in a future release, the relevant price, transaction terms, refund information, and any additional conditions will be disclosed before purchase.

Availability and disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Browser capabilities, device performance, network conditions, third-party hosting, privacy settings, and software changes can affect availability or behavior. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
